"I finished this book the same day I started it. I picked it up, and just couldn't put it down! I found myself talking out loud as if I were having a conversation with someone. The author discussed so many situations that I have been struggling to deal with and I am excited to start putting them into practice. I will try to write another review after a few months of implementation--but I am confident that these guidelines are going to make a difference in productivity and profit at my company, but most importantly--in my sanity! "
