and listen to the audio, you will find out it was Lionel Giles who translated the work. And, it was 'sincerity' as it was read out loud. The transcrpit has an error. 做学问的人多少要查查旁证，看看出处，怎么这么浮躁呢？除非你真的听不懂？:-)
