A real tragedy happened to the nurse who was involved in the Kate Middleton prank call was found dead in her hospital.

Did she breach the confidentiality of her patient, Kate Middleton, NO, not from her intention at all. Anyone at her position would do the same, because it is how the system works which is build upon the trust and liability in between the general public and the hospital. Anyone calls in a hospital, receptionist takes the caller as who he/she self identified; there is no means of validating or verifying who the caller really is. It is very easy to bring into the public attention on the allegations on the work of the receptionist and nursing staff at the hospital, but people should also be aware if there is anything needs to be improved, that is the system itself.

 

The two DJ’s from Australia hold the indirect responsibility for her dead. They simply thought they had created a hype for their radio station, but have not thought about the consequences of their non-conscience behaviour to an innocent life.
