Someone is so desperate to outpour his feeling/opinion/secret, and he/she finally found you, although you are not quite interested in his/her business. His/her body language shows he/she is about to do just that..... You...

* levity is not "轻浮" in this context; it is an effort to appear light-heartedness or not to take confession seriously.

* plagiaristic is not "抄袭" in this context; it is an effort to control the confession by masking it, something not from his/her true thoughts.

* suppression is not "隐瞒" in this context; it is a revelation with a reservation.
