恭喜愚公！跟愚公telepathy了一把，来看我今天跑步的记录，嘻嘻

大概你那边刚跑完，我开始跑的吧。我这边6：30开始跑的，大约跑跑走走了6miles。想起用这个app的时候已经跑了1.4mile，所以现在是这个样子的。速度很慢，但是跑完之后感觉还不错，10week training明天正式开始，看到你的文章非常受鼓舞，谢谢愚公！
