Caught another tiny braid of the New Chinese-English dictionary

if... 设. is an important definition in written form, but the editors missed it.

These "drink foreign ink" were in lapse of how to relate closely to Chinese. It is forgivable for modern usage it is replaced by 假如, 假如 is more distinguishable for 设 has more homonyms, but lost other part.
