According to the informed sources, Lennar Corp., one of the largest residential house builders, is in the process of negotiation with China Development Bank, planning to loan $1.7 billion to start two programs located at San Frabcisco, which have been hung up for years.The aim of the programs are to reform the former navy bases into residential houses.
