One of America's largest homebuilder, Lennar Corp., is in negotiation with China Development Bank to get a loan of about US$ 1.7 billion to resume its two real estate development projects in San Francisco, according to people familiar with the situation. The long-stalled projects are anticipated to convert two navy bases into large residential complexes.
