"Pocket knife, not a great weapon but an extremely useful tool.

Hammer, useful as both a tool and a sidearm. Nothing smashes face like a claw hammer. Light and easy to carry.

Hatchet, again a very practical item. Can be used for attacking but is short ranged and has a tendency to stick in zombie skulls.

Lighters, bring many of them. Great for so many purposes, very light weight. Can be used offensively with explosives. Vital for survival in more northern areas. ALWAYS HAVE A STASH OF THESE!

Survival Handbook, great to refresh on ideas you may not have thought of, light to carry, can be burned if needed."
