美国亚利桑那州一所学校的教师向一名8岁女生颁发“灾难奖”，理由是这名学生不完成家庭作业的理由最多。学生的家长认为孩子遭到了老师的羞辱。

A teacher with one of the schools in Arizona issued a “disaster certificate” to an 8 year-old girl, since she had the most excuses of not completing her homework. Her parents felt it was insulting to their child.  

 

Actually, the parents are presenting negligence to the 8 year-old. The teacher has the legal responsibility to report to a local CAS.
