Just my two cents.

Doughty - /ˈdaʊti/, /aʊ/ 读的象/u:/ 

cooperation - /koʊˌɑ:pəˈreɪʃən/, 第二音节读的不明显，重读应在第三音节/rei/。substance - /ˈsʌbstəns/ 重读应在第一音节。
