About the scrupulosity , I managed to use "scruples" but I failed, I could not find it in google last night. The other day I heard someone used it as --they have low scruples. Not sure, I could be wrong.
捂住良心：to my understanding it means to do something or say something that you don't really want to do but you have no chocie under some stress, for example, offering lip services saying that how beautiful and smart your manager is, and things like that, based on 二师兄's context.
