certificate?

I am the port facility security officer, this is my certificate.

我想这句话的意思是要说：我是港口设施保安员，这是我的证件。可是这儿证件用certificate 是不是不妥？work permit? 电影里便衣警察，FBI上门找人，总是先亮出他们的证件，同时说：I am FBI agent?好像不用特意说：这是我的证件，呵呵

另外，work order 的解释是：A specific or blanket authorization to perform certain work--usually broader in scope than a job order. It is sometimes used synonymously with job order. 译成"工作授权“好吗？英译汉online dictionary 译成：工作清单，好像不太对吧？
