comfort food 安慰食物,小时候喜欢的食物，让自己感觉有回到家里的食物。   不开心，郁闷的时候搞点安慰食物就会感觉好一点。

My comfort foods are fries，hamburger，and Chinese dumplings. I feel so crappy right now I think some comfort food might  help. 我的安慰食物是土豆条,汉堡包和饺子。你的是什么？ ：）））
