gage vs gear

Gage as measure is better to understand in the form of gauge. For western simplification, it become less formal, see they are the same with Chinese way in this word.

Just think gauge as a judge and gear as a carrier, it works for me now.

By the way it is better to regard our central committee as gauge, our cell as gear, to gear to the standard, right? you have to.
