No, my son did want a little brother but at the time he already knew money can't buy everything. :-)
There WAS a similar story in our family, rather sad than funny though. When my grandpa passed away, my aunt was only 3. Seeing other children all had a father and my grandma traded the cloth she made out of cotton for home necessities, my aunt once asked grandma to buy her a father with the cloth.
