20. Sweetheart

What an interesting word! Does it mean that she has such a sweet heart that everybody loves? Or, does it mean that she is so lovable that she or the simple notion of her makes my heart sweet? Or, maybe both? I know that eventually I will have to consult an authoritative dictionary to be fully sure. But for now, allow me to wonder about it.
