Just like TV screens or digital images, the thoughts of different people genetically come with different resolutions/granularity. It doesn't seem to have anything to do with one's major or education level. It is only basic logic. To those who understand your point, you don't need to say it; while those who do need to know it would never understand you.

I can imagine the coldness one has been through when he reaches the top and stays there. Making more vests and coats might be one solution.
