问个名词和代名词的问题

比如有一个句子：Wenxuecity is a beautiful community；we all love each other。这里的Wenxuecity 名词是等同于代名词we吗？我的看法是不等同，因为我觉得wenxuecity的代名词应该是it，是一个物体，而不是we。 但是有人告诉我等同，我想问问其他人的看法。
