ｐｉｚｚａ　的发音里为何有个　“ｔ＂？

I was told by native speaker that we (chinese) usually don't pronounce the "t" sound at all when we say "pizza"...which is incorrect... Hmmmm　听了一下字典, 确实有"t", 虽然 t 不爆破出来
