YuGong, I admire your willpower and perseverance. I admit that I have never pushed myself hard physically in my life, let alone push myself to the limit. Inspired by you, I started running a few weeks ago, I am going to keep doing that. Hopefully after a year or two, I will be able to run 5K. Enjoying your training and running, and keep us posted.
