请教大家"perturbation"的意思,我能不能这么用. 谢谢.

比如原来房间气温是20度,我给它一个扰动, 扰动后的值是 25度.

那我给的这个"5度", 是不是可以叫作perturbation? 还是扰动完的"25"度叫作"perturbation"? 

若"5"不叫perturbation, 那叫作change还是什么?
