Eight years passed

In 2003, I submitted my vocabulary analysis book proposal to a publishing house of a top university in China. It was turned down may be after 10 seconds glance only. The good part is that no part of the content of it was leaked.

After those years, I  continually discovered new ideas, thus more persuasive than from just one angle.

Now I am writing my first proposal to an American publisher. The first part will be the content I contrived eight years ago. Only those content could be a full book. 

Back to the editor of that important position. If this time my book becomes accepted, What should I say to him: how much time you delayed? How much money you wasted?
