We, the undersigned residents of Southwest of Edmonton（能不能说Southwest Edmonton？）, draw the attention of Edmonton Public School Board to establish additional Chinese – English Bilingual Programs in an elementary school and a junior high school(这个要不要具体说出学校的名字？） which have the potential qualification and are located in （add: the） Southeast area. The Chinese Community in southwest is growing very fast, and the needs of more Chinese – English Bilingual Programs to support our children’s Mandarin Chinese learning become are becoming more and more important and urgent.
