1. corpse，尸体，好像在新闻里很少听到。更多的是用一个human remains之类的词。谁能给详细说一下？

这个词很久以前学过，我觉得现实生活中用body更多一些。不知别人对human remains 的意见？

隐瞒事实也可以呀。

现实中总用到这个词，比如“没希望”，“前途渺茫”的意思。

4. If a woman is frigid, she finds it difficult to become sexually aroused. You can often use frigid to show disapproval.好像这个含义在生活中见到得更多。

但也不妨碍frigid是寒冷的意思啊，冰箱简称不就是fridge吗。一个词根。
