Communication 很重要

今天和一个Buisness Manager（白人，能说会道型） 交谈关于一个项目的进展和面临的问题，他说了几个问题。其中他提到“他们”有Language Barrier.  这个“他们”，指的是一些老印。我说他们听说没问题啊。他说有问题，理解得不准确，书面表达很差，等等。

我刚来公司时私下夸奖过这个家伙“Very Strong Communication Skill"，把他说得脸都红了，哈哈。
