但由于某种原因（如他以为这样说好象不常见 etc）， 他就把other改成了together：

但是因为他在讲话，不能把’to each‘删掉， 后来别人把他讲演写成文字时，就出现了：

当然更简单的解释是别人把作者的文章抄来抄去， 多抄了的‘to' （轻读，哈）
