Can you believe this?（跟line学的，呵呵） A big-shot congressman, democrat, New York mayor-wanna-be, got into trouble last Friday because a lewd photo of his crotch was sent from his twitter account to one of his followers, a 21-year-old female student in Seattle. The funny part is that his last name is “Weiner”, which Weiner claimed to be the reason why he was the target of the prank. Stating his twitter account had been hacked by pranksters, Weiner denied sending the photo to the student, for whom he felt very sorry. When asked whether the photo is of him, Weiner avoided answering directly before Wednesday. Last night on the Daily Show, Weiner’s long-time friend and college roommate, Jon Stewart joked that Mr. Weiner’s weiner might not be as big as the one in the photo. Today, Weiner said Stewart might have had it right last night and he believed that the photo had been photoshopped or “doctored”. When asked again whether the photo is of him, he said “Can I say: I wish?”. By saying that the photo may have been manipulated, however, Weiner indirectly admitted there are other photos out there, of him in his underwear.
Congressman Weiner, whose highly publicized wedding was presided over by former president Bill Clinton last year, hoped his marriage with his wife, a long-time Hilary Clinton aide, survives the first anniversary.
