我觉得冷

我们已经看房3个月，每个周日至少看间， 越看越惊心， 我们以前在香港经历的房价涨落和美国加州湾区现在的情况何其相似！ 昨天我看了本地报纸的报道，决定暂时不买了， 原因是目前许多炒家，只付利息钱等著大赚， 目前的BOND已经涨上了， 银行的利息很快要高上去， 入市的就会少， 没有承接， 那些炒家就必须在还本金前出手， 房价就会跌了。

估计要1-2年时间。
