要不要搬到大房子里去?

当地的市场下调了不少, 特别是以前想都不敢想的房子. 看上了一栋理想的房子(学区,交通,结构都满意), 在决定要不要搬家.

目前情况:
1) 工作相对稳定, 经济上也勉强可以承受
2) 需要首先卖掉目前的房子

目前住的房子在这里属于面向劳动人民的, 房价跌的不是太厉害 (和想买的大房子比).
