回复：2, 3, 是小事了，1 是大事，Fundation的问题很难弄好的

inspector说车库下面不是crawl space，因此没有直接和地基相连。只是由于以前修车库floor的时候，下面填的土可能没有夯实。到底是不是foundation问题啊？
