告你自己的buyer agent

你的buyer agent有义务给你市场比价参考和合理价位。如果你有buyer agent失职的证据，送你的buyer agent上法庭，法庭判buyer agent有罪，你不但不用付佣金，法庭还会惩罚buyer agent让其付给你10-20倍你的损失。你发财啦！
