not try to prove you are not sucessful. I know dc house market very well. If I were you, i will not buy any more in the next few years. even you bought in 2004 and 2005 price, as far as i know, the price dropped to the same level at 2004 winter. I know quite a few people rather lose their deposits. Anyhow, you did right thing till 2005. At that time, the market is too risky. Good luck. Actually myself still have a house there. I wish the house market keep going up there. good luck.
