is va_landlord successful?

I came to this forum sometimes. today I read va_landlord's post. I don't think he is successful.
especially he mentioned he bought three condos this year. If I am in his position, I will be really really worried.

I also lived in northern VA since 2000, but moved to another city this summer. northern VA's house market is really slow. I believe the three condo va_landlord bought this year is negetive cash flow, even with 20% down payment.

well. just my two cents. If i were va_landload, I still stop buying. it's really risky market now.
