通常在我们这种房价挺高的地方很难见到有正的cash flow的投资房在卖。
昨天突然看到一个,8个单位,5个一室的,3个两室的。85年房,92万。中等偏上去。我们这个地方,公寓极其好出租,今年两个同事找apartment都说好难找。如果全部租出去,租金在7000左右。如果付30%的down,应该是争得cash flow。看着租金还在涨,我个人觉得deal不错,不知大家认为如何?
我今天给listing agent打了个电话,大已经under contract了。看来好deal还是出手很快的。
听说投资apartment至少要30%的首付,是这样吗?如果是这样,我一时半会没戏了。
这个apartment值得投资吗?
