有人想租我的房子，但credit score只有500

时不是太低了。
她问is there any way we can work something out on it？
我该怎么办？直接拒绝。还是先看看收入，如果还可以，比如收两个月的deposit之类。
另外一个人也是特希望租这个房子，但一谈到信用分数，就没声了。请大家给点意见。
