朋友买的房子类似这种的。

 

原先的房主是开clean house 公司的，房子是房主的第二套房子，买了之后大规模装修，

后来破产了，银行收回去了房子。原先房主借了两个loan，我朋友买的时候第二个loan的

银行要求她把原房主欠的水电费付清。 宣布破产了之后银行好像就追不回来贷款了。
