这是我给邻居写得(大家都能看懂英文,我就不翻译了)。

Part one:
flour 20g, corn starch 15g, a touch of cinnamon, milk (or half and half) 200g - mix well, then warm to thickening 
Part two:
sugar 70g, water 150g - boil the water (in kettle is ok) and melt the sugar, add a few drops of lemon juice 
 
Step 1. Mix-in Part-two into Part-one, 1/3 at a time, mix well each time
Step 2. Add 4 egg yolks in one by one and mix well
 
The filling should be enough for 15 natas with 3" size frozen tart shell.  
 
Bake at high temperature (others do 500F, my little counter top oven can only do 450F) for 12 to 15 mins
