沙姜蒸鸡

厨柜找到一小包不知道什么时候买的沙姜粒干，买只黄毛鸡，斩件清蒸。

我不喜欢在厨房里挥刀砍，骨碎肉碎四溅。我的方式就是将肉尽量切下来，切小块，蒸鸡。

骨头也是在同一只碟子里一起蒸熟，啃食剩在骨头上的肉，"Closer to the bone, sweeter is the meat".
