推荐Costco 的石斑（岩）鱼 ：）

昨天做了石斑（岩）鱼豆腐汤，味道非常鲜美，鱼汤如牛奶一样白，非常鲜 ：）

姜滑油锅，下石斑鱼煎5-6分钟，然后加热水煮沸，加料酒，撇沫，放入蘑菇，豆腐 （小闲推荐的House foods 豆腐）开中火炖30分钟，加盐，葱花，白胡椒粉，开吃 ：）
