拌面

新疆的辣皮子拌面，是用安吉海线椒，牛肉或者羊肉，辣皮子多，红彤彤的。

我篡改了一下，用的焉耆辣皮子，不是那么辣，用的猪肉，配了柿子椒和白菜增加蔬菜，中和辣度。

打扫一包荞麦面。下次做白面做的面条，看起来就诱人多了。
