你们在汗蒸房能待多久？

我可以待俩小时、甚至在里面能直接睡着，有一个人说她都待不了10分钟，我刚刚蒸了一个多小时出来，坐在椅子乘凉，神清气爽。

我昨晚拔罐，腰部的罐子拔出来都是水珠，不怎么红，肩膀上很红，据说是湿气，红的是火气，拔完很好睡。
