creamy mushroom

今天发现炒完蘑菇后放点cornstarch水，就能有creamy mushroom的感觉，如果在cornstarch里放牛奶，是不是就是奶油蘑菇了？

另外，我想贪方便买了冰冻kale，只有有机的一种，但发现里面很多黄叶，光挑黄叶就花了不少时间，挑完黄叶只好和oats一起煮，放在汤里会更好。
