真倒霉!看上一个不错的房子

真倒霉!看上一个不错的房子,CONTRACT 也签了,今天请INSPECTOR检查,发现阁楼顶上
有MOLD, 是黑色的,面积挺大,是不是就不买这个房子了,SELLER 没有告诉我们这个问题,是不是应该负责,在DISCLOSURE STATEMENT 上:

Are you aware of any tests for mold,fungi, or indoor air quality on the property?
They select NO.

Have you taken any efforts to control or remediate mold or mold-like substances in the property?
They select NO.
