This Mold House

I bought a house out of forclosure with a really really moldy attic. Thought about backing off buying it, then the selling agent said 'someone is going to fix up' and hinted the seller meaning the bank may be willing to negotiate the price. We bought the house and got 20K back from the bank to fix the problem. So I became a construction manager for a month and replaced the roof and fixed up the house. Not a problem after 3 years. If you are from southern part of China, mold does not really scare you. Like radaon gas, this mold scare will pass. I say jump on it if you really like the house.
