你们总说我不上照片，今天豁出去了。多图慎入。

盖头还没揭开时。送了一个布袋，上面大写着“fa4国土豆”，还有很多卡片，介绍储存方法、介绍我买的各个种类的烹调法。还有广告，推荐我没买的品种。

揭开盖头了，看看这阵势！每个箱子侧面贴着名字。

每箱三公斤，只多不少（空盒子我也称过了，350克）

见证奇迹的时刻开始了。第一步，每种捡出重量大体相等的一个，编号，拍照记录。

第二步，蒸。这是生的。

这是隔水蒸了40分钟之后的（明显看到紫色的四种里有三种的颜色变浅了）

第三步：切开的样子，从上到下、从左到右依次是12345号。

第四步：试吃，包括我亲自试吃，家里人试吃。从色彩深度、硬度、面度、甜度几个方面进行评价。

结论：

下次购买，可直接购买1、2、3号。4和5可以淘汰了，因为它们偏脆，熟透以后口感发沙。也更甜一点，应该是水分更多。1号口感非常接近芋头，2号综合指数最高。
