What do you do if you do not agree with your supervisor?
Unless the leadership, my supervisor breaks law, I will not follow her/him. Otherwise, I will fully support my supervisor no matter I agree with her/him or not. It does not mean I have no principle. It is how I appreciate my supervisor who trust me and offer me the career opportunity. I understand that my supervisor may have his/her vision that I may not fully aware yet. My supervisors may also know something but not ready to share with me yet.
However, I will share my supervisor my logical thinking, reasonable and practical suggestion, and recommendation with my supervisor, just in case, my supervisor may need it.
I always support the supervisor and leadership. At the same time, share the issues and suggestion with supervisors and leadership. I also ask my staff to follow the authority, respect leadership and be professional.

Unless it is obvious error and need to be corrected immediately, I will share my corrections with my supervisor later after meeting. My philosophy is always 100% support my supervisor. I believe that I owe a big thanks to my supervisor for trusting me and offering me the opportunity to work with her/him. At least I should not embarrass her/him at any time.
