我觉得房子付清之后1米到2米肯定够了。

现在大家工作虽然工资高， 但是大部分都是进了退休金和房子。 所以不能按先收入来算退休消费， 而是看每个月退休金过后， 房子贷款之后的消费， 不过不要忘记地税， 房子保险和健康保险哦。

可能我们家过得比较苦， 退休金和房子贷款之后， 支出不多。
