我觉得好像基因的力量更大。就我说的那几个人，他们的四个祖父母

都很长寿，都活了90多岁。

这几个吃罐头垃圾食品长大的身体都不错，还都挺苗条。大姑子58岁了，还做cross fit! 撸铁长跑。。膝盖居然没事！！！
