我刚上面说,北京那种滚元宵是机器摇的,滚的瓷实,皮厚,可以炸。就显得皮厚不好吃。看我照片自己滚的话,皮薄还劲道。

小时候妈妈有时候会油煎豆沙馅儿的糯米粉饼,和炸元宵差不多吧
